House prices in Ireland have doubled in price in the last decade alone. And that has caused a lot of issues for potential home-owners. Buying a home in Ireland today would not be an issue if salaries doubled as well.
Unfortunately, that ain’t the case.
As a direct result of high house prices, new buyers are looking for cheaper ways to buy and own a home. This is where modular homes and pods come in.
In the last couple years, demand for modular homes and pods in Ireland has gone up. This is mainly due to their affordability compared to traditional houses.
While most Irish modular home and pod suppliers deliver nationwide, we want to highlight those mainly serving the Monaghan area in this blog post.
So let’s get into it.
